This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.508/2006 registered at Police Station Kanota District Jaipur, for offence under Section(s) 379 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor.
Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner that in relation to the case registered against him in 2006, he was bailed out and has been treated as absconding in the trial for which he was arrested in September 2019, without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Kadu@premraj S/o Shri Tejram Meena be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connected with

aforesaid FIR provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) IPC.
