This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.53/2020 registered at Police Station, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur, for offence under Section(s) 420, 406, 120-B IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations levelled by the complainant relate to the amount which he has invested in the firm—Balarkha Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already eased out of the partnership firm and partnership has been dissolved on 27.8.2019. The allegations levelled are in relation to the facts which have occurred after the dissolution of the partnership firm that the partners had resigned from the directorate of the said firm.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application and submits that the amount is required to be recovered from the firm and there are several other persons who have already invested which are 14 in number.
I have considered the submissions and looking into the facts alleged that the charge sheet has already been filed and cases are likely to take time and without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner-Ravi Singh S/o Baljit Singh be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connected with aforesaid FIR provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) IPC.
