These bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.27/2020 registered at Police Station Kotwali Sikar District Sikar, for offence under Section(s) 323, 342, 382, 504, 384, 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor.

Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation levelled by the complainant and also taking into consideration that the charge sheet has already been filed and trial is likely to take time and is triable by Magistrate, without commenting on merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the petitioners on bail.

Therefore, these bail applications are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners- (1)Dinesh Kumar@deena (2) Anita W/o Sanjay Kumar be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connected with aforesaid FIR provided each of them furnish a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that they shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) IPC.
