In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
After arguing for some time on merits, counsel for the appellant, seeks liberty to raise all his issues before the trial court

and requested that the learned trial court may be directed to expeditiously decide the suit which is pending since 2018.
Counsel for the respondent does not have any objection on such submission.
In light of the limited submissions, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to the trial court to allow the appellant to take-up all his issues at the time of hearing and to expeditiously decide the suit pending, preferably within a period of one year, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
