In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
After arguing for some time on merits, counsel for the appellant fairly admits that he is not aware of current status of the original suit as he is before this Court only agitating the grant of interim order of status quo as well as order not to sell the property in-question.
At this stage, counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal but seeks liberty to keep all his remedies open before the learned court below as provided.
In light of limited submission made, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
