The writ petition was dismissed by this court on 25.09.2018 owing to non-compliance of the primary order dated 10.07.2018 passed earlier, whereby the petitioner’s counsel was granted last opportunity of four weeks to bring LRs of the

petitioner on record. Now restoration application has been moved by counsel alongwith an application to bring the LRs of the petitioner Lalit Narayan on record of the writ petition.

Mr. Shridhar Mehta, associate to Dr. Sachin Acharya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Excise Department, does not object to the application for restoration as well as the application for bringing the LRs of the petitioner on record.

Thus, both the applications are allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original number and be listed before regular Bench.
