Shri Farzand Ali, AAG has submitted the requisite explanation of the DGP, State of Rajasthan. Shri Farzand Ali submits that the trial of the instant case was commenced in the year 2017. He assures the Court that all the remaining prosecution witnesses shall be presented in the trial court on the respective dates of hearing fixed by it and that fervent efforts shall be made to conclude the prosecution evidence short herein after.
In view of the above statement, the trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings and shall conclude the trial by 10.07.2019.
With these observations and directions, this third bail application is dismissed.
A copy of this order shall be transmitted to the trial court forthwith.
