Matter comes up on a Misc. application with a prayer to revive the writ application in the backdrop of the order made by this Court on 21st November, 2014, wherein it was specifically observed thus:
"The petitioners would however be at liberty to seek revival of this writ petition if they are declared khatedar by the Board of Revenue in the case remanded for afresh hearing of the appeals in the connected writ petitions but then revival would only be in regard to the claim of 25% of the land in lieu of compensation and not for challenge to the acquisition."

Learned counsel for the petitioner-applicants submits that prayer sought for revival of the writ application is strictly to the extent as permitted by this Court as taken note of hereinabove.
Heard.
For the reasons detailed out in the memo of misc application and upon hearing the counsel for the applicants as well as in view of the order made by this Court on 21st November, 2014; I am inclined to accept the misc. application.
Consequently, misc. application is hereby allowed.
Writ application is revived and restored to its original number.
Registry to proceed and list the matters after two weeks.
