All that has been prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, on the above noted writ application is for an early determination of the representation dated 6^th August, 2018 (Annexure-7).

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on a perusal of the materials available on record; for the present, the petitioner is required to address a representation to the Staterespondents, within two weeks hereinafter detailing out his grievances.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the period aforesaid, the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation along with a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed off.
