Learned counsel for the respondents submits that during the pendency of the Contempt Petition, the compliance of the order dated 04.08.2015 passed in S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13424/2012 has been made and the allotment of the alternative land to the petitioner has already been done.
The counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to controvert the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
In view of the statement so made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Notices are discharged.
