The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order dated 26.05.2017 passed by this Hon’ble Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5166/2015.

Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the compliance report along with copy of the Order dated 08.02.2019 and submits that the order under contempt has been complied with by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the compliance of the Order dated 26.05.2017 has been made by giving appointment to the petitioner on the post of Senior Teacher and as such, the sufficient compliance has been made. However, he submits that the other dues which the petitioner is entitled to have not been paid to him.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to agitate his grievance, if any, left after passing of the Order dated 08.02.2019 by the respondents.
