Admitted fact is that the admit card of the appellant requiring him to participate at the Physical Efficiency Test on 06.09.2018 was uploaded on the website of the Police Department on 04.09.2018.
It is thus a case where the appellant had enough time to reach Udaipur from District Nagaur on 05.09.2018. He had enough time to have a proper overnight sleep in the night of 05.09.2018.

It is thus not a case where the appellant was prejudiced on account of being tired as a result of the overnight journey undertaken by the appellant to travel from Nagaur to Udaipur.
We find no merit in the appeal which is dismissed.
