The matter has been listed on a letter dated 05.10.2019 forwarded by the trial court i.e., Addl. District & Sessions Judge No.2, Jodhpur Metro, Jodhpur to extend the time for deciding issue No.10 by two months.
This Court while deciding the revision (No.216/2012) by order dated 07.08.2019 directed that the issue No.10 shall be decided within a period of two months. The trial court seems to have been unable to decide the issue within the aforesaid period of two months and has sought further time of two months by way of the request letter.
The request so made is justified and thus, is accepted. The trial court is directed to decide the issue No.10 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The matter is disposed of accordingly.
