The appeal comes up against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in which it has given liberty to the writ petitioner to make a representation to the State authorities and the respondents shall consider representation and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible.
Counsel for the appellant-State submits that the matter may be remanded back for adjudication on merits.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a proper representation has been made and the respondents are being paid minimum wages.
In the light of aforesaid submissions, no cause of interference is made out at this stage. We are in agreement with the orders passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the petitioners had been granted liberty to take up their case before

the State and the State is also at complete liberty to decide it in accordance with law.
The appeal stands dismissed.
