Shri Abhishek Purohit, Assistant to Shri Farzand Ali, AAG has submitted the factual report as per which, the corpus Mst. ‘D’ being the petitioner’s major daughter was traced out. She stated that she had gone out of her father’s house of her free will and volition and that after being traced out, the girl expressed her desire to go with the present petitioner. Presently, she is staying with her father, the present petitioner.
In this background, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this habeas corpus petition, which is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
