The convict petitioner was granted first parole by virtue of this Court’s order dated 21.02.2019 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ No.59/2019. By this order, the convict petitioner was required to furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.80,000/- with two sureties of Rs.40,000/- each. The convict petitioner has forwarded the present writ petition from Jail praying that the condition of furnishing two sureties may be relaxed.
Shri Abhishek Purohit, Assistant to learned AAG, alongwith the reply has annexed a report issued from the office of Superintendent of Police, Udaipur verifying the fact that the social and financial position of the family of the convict prisoner is very poor and none of his family members is in a position to furnish surety bonds on his behalf.

In this background, we deem it proper to release the petitioner Dhula S/o Shri Dalu on regular first parole of 20 days by relaxing the condition of furnishing two surety bonds as imposed vide order dated 21.02.2019 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ No.59/2019. The said requirement is waived. The other conditions of the order are maintained.
With this modification in the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ No.59/2019, the instant parole writ petition is disposed of.
