The convict-petitioner was granted first parole in the Year 2017 and in those proceedings, the petitioner’s uncle stood surety for him. He has been sanctioned second parole in meeting of the District Parole Advisory Committee, Dungarpur convened on 08.05.2018. However, he has forwarded the instant parole petition praying that he is not in a position to arrange two sureties because of his poor condition.
Considering the over all facts and circumstances as prevailing on record, the recommendations dated 08.05.2018 of the District Parole Advisory Committee, Dungarpur are modified and it is directed that the convict-petitioner Vipin @ Vivek @ Vikka S/o Dhanna Meena shall be released on second parole of 30 days upon furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the
