This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 08.01.2019, whereby the petitioner made APO.
On notice being issued, the respondents have filed reply, inter alia, indicating that the petitioner has been accorded posting.
In view thereof, the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been rendered infructuous, the same is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
In case, the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner would be free to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
