It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the judgment in the case of Shiv Kumar Sharma v. State of Rajasthan & Anr. : SBCWP No.7897/2018, decided on 02.07.2018 , wherein relying on the judgment in the case of Mukesh Kumar Tailor v. State of Rajasthan : SBCWP No.750/2017, decided on 09.02.2017, which in turn has relied on the judgment in the case of Manju Choudhary & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No.35/2014. It is prayed that as the Court has passed the following directions and therefore, the petitioners may also be accorded the same treatment :-

petition is disposed of with the direction to the

respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners in terms of aforementioned precedent law subject to availability of the post in that particular year within 90 days from today.”

Learned counsel for the respondent-caveator, does not dispute the applicability of the judgment to the circumstances of the present case.

In view of the submissions made, the present writ petition is also disposed of in light of the judgment in the case of Shiv Kumar Sharma (supra) with the similar directions as quoted hereinbefore.
