This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to re-schedule/re-conduct the PET of the petitioner.
It is, inter alia, claimed that the petitioner had appeared in the PET on 10.09.2018 at Vidhyadhar Nagar Stadium, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur when on account of rains, the ground was muddy and, therefore, the petitioner could not perform to her potential and has failed in PET and, therefore, the respondents may be directed to hold a fresh PET for the petitioner.
A perusal of the record indicates that after 10.09.2018, when the petitioner participated in the PET and failed, in this regard, the

petitioner submitted a representation after delay of two months i.e. on 13.11.2018 before the respondent-authority, which it is alleged was not considered by the respondents. Thereafter, on 03.01.2019, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking to raise grievance regarding condition of the ground.
Similar nature petitions, wherein the conditions of the grounds were challenged, were decided by this Court on 27.11.2018 in the case of Revant Ram Meghwal & Ors. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : SBCWP No.13731/2018 & other connected matters, however, no petition raising grievance qua the run held on 10.09.2018 at Jaipur was filed and it is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the first person to raise such a grievance.
In view of the above fact situation, wherein after delay of four months, when the recruitment in this regard has already been over, there is no reason to entertain the present writ petition.
In view of the above discussions, there is no substance in the writ petition, the same is therefore, dismissed.
