After arguing for some time, Mr. Sanjeet Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition filed against the order dated 13.03.2019, with a liberty to move appropriate application for fixing the burden qua issue No.5, framed by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
