The present writ petition has been filed essentially for seeking a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit filed by the petitioner.
After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Ranjeet Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw

the present writ petition with a liberty to move appropriate application before the Trial Court.
Permission granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Needless to observe that the learned trial Court shall consider petitioner’s request in accordance with law, while keeping in view the over all pendency and business of the Court.
The Stay Petition No.5344/2019 also stands dismissed.
