(1). Issue raised by the petitioner is no more res-integra. The petitioner stated to have already submitted representation after having been recruited as LDC under the advertisement dated 26.07.2013. The representation has been filed on the website of the Administrative Reforms and Co-ordination Department and in identical matters S.B.C.W.P. No.24143/2018 & connected writ petitions, following order has been passed:-

“I would in the circumstances dispose of these petitions as under:-
(1) that the representations of the petitioners recruited as LDCs pursuant to the advertisement dated 26.07.2013 filed on the website of the Administrative Reforms and Co-ordination Department pertaining to their grievance regarding non-compliance with Section 28(iv) of the Rules of 1999 and not taking their merit cum preference for allotment of districts sought will be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the receipt of each of the representations.
(2) The order passed by the Coordinate Bench will apply to the present case also and representation shall also be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of its filing. It is made clear that Rule 28 (iv) of the Rules of 1999 shall be strictly complied with.
