During the pendency of the writ petition the order dated 5.3.2019 has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been allowed to continue to the same place of posting as Assistant Engineer, Nagar Parishad, Jhunjhunu. The order dated 9.3.2019 has been brought to the notice of this court.

In view of the above, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The petitioner would continue to perform his duty as Assistant Engineer at Nagar Parishad, Jhunjhunu. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
