Application under Article 226 (3) for vacation of the interim order stands dismissed in view of the order dated 11.01.2019 passed by the Director Secondary Education, Bikaner wherein it is noticed that after the interim order passed by this Court, both the employees were called upon and after conducting counselling at the level of the Directorate, both the petitioner and the contesting respondent were posted at C-Scheme and Shahpura respectively and are continuing to perform their duties accordingly. It is also

noticed that the petitioner is a single woman (divorcee) and as per the policy she has claimed her posting at C-Scheme which has been accepted by the Directorate while issuing the order dated 11.01.2019. The case of the respondent Veena Gupta for being posted at Jaipur may now be considered keeping in view that the respondent has conceded through counselling to remain at Shahpura in view of the single woman status of the petitioner, however her claim for being posted at Jaipur may be considered sympathetically in view of her long stay at Shahpura and of her husband serving at Jaipur.
