All that has been prayed in the instant writ application is only for a direction to the Court below to adjudicate upon the pending Execution Application No.02/2017 titled as Vikash Jain & Ors. Versus M/s. Rajasthan Marbles & Minerals & Ors., pending before the Rent Tribunal No.3, Jaipur Metro, Jaipur.
In view of the limited prayer addressed; the Rent Tribunal No.3, Jaipur Metro, Jaipur, is directed to expedite the proceedings and adjudicate upon the pending Execution Application aforesaid as expeditiously as possible; preferably, within four months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented.
With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the
writ proceedings stand closed.
