By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the notification dated 15.11.2019 (Annex.3) qua inclusion of village Champawat Nagar in revenue village/proposed new Gram Panchayat Ridmal Nagar of then Gram Panchayat Patwar Mandal Bhojakor.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petition i.e. D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17993/2019 (Jai Singh Vs. the State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other connected matters involving identical issues challenging the notification dated 15.11.2019 have already been dismissed by a Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 13.12.2019 and therefore, the writ petition also deserves to be dismissed in light of said decision.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in the light of Bench decision of this Court in the case of Jai Singh (supra).
