By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the notification dated 15.11.2019 (Annex.3) qua nonconsideration of proposal of creation of new Gram Panchayat Balad, Panchayat Samiti Jawaja, District Ajmer.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the writ petitions i.e. D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17993/2019 (Jai Singh Vs. the State of Rajasrthan & Ors.) and other connected

matters involving identical issues challenging the notification dated 15.11.2019 have already been dismissed by a Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 13.12.19 and therefore, the writ petition also deserves to be dismissed in light of said decision.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in the light of Bench decision of this Court in the case of Jai Singh (supra).
