Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by a Bench decision of this Court in the case of Ramdeen & ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & anr. (D.B. Special Appeal Writ No. 1000/2017) decided on 02.02.2018 .
Accordingly, the present writ petition is also dismissed in light of the decision rendered in the case of Ramdeen & ors. (supra).
