Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Misc. Appeal has been filed against the judgment and award dated 29.06.2019 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nohar District Hanumangarh in Motor Accident Claim Case No.13/2015 (Vimla Devi & Ors. V/s United India Insurance Company Ltd. & Ors.)

In the present case, the respondent No.1-claimant Vimla Devi had sustained grievous injuries in the accident and the learned

tribunal after appreciating the facts and provisions of law awarded a sum of Rs.1,28,119/- as compensation in favour of the respondent No.1-claimant with an interest @ 6% per annum.

Learned counsel for the appellant fairly submits that the injuries sustained by the respondent No.1-claimant Vimla Devi are duly supported by the medical evidence and the claim for reimbursement of the medical bills has been duly proved before the learned tribunal.

Having considered the submissions made at the bar and gone through the findings recorded by the learned tribunal on the aspect of amount of compensation awarded to the respondent No.1claimant on the injuries sustained by her in the accident, this court is of the opinion that the amount of compensation assessed and awarded by the learned tribunal is perfectly just and reasonable being in conformity with the provisions of law and supported by the medical bills and certificates issued by the competent authority.

Consequently, the present appeal is dismissed being bereft of merits and the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nohar District Hanumangarh in Claim Case No.13/2015 (Vimla Devi & Ors. V/s United India Insurance Company Limited & Ors.) is hereby upheld.

However, observations made in this judgment shall not be construed as an opinion expressed by this court on the merits of the S.B.Civil Misc. Appeal No.2830/2019 arising out of the same judgment and award dated 29.06.2019.
