The counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, most of the relief has been granted by the respondent department. However, provisional family pension granted to the widow of the deceased government servant has not yet been finalized.
It is expected from the respondent authorities that the provisional family pension case of the widow of the deceased government servant shall be finalized at the earliest preferably within a period of three months and gratuity amount which has

yet not been paid shall also be paid to the family of the deceased within the above period.
In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of regular family pension and gratuity to the family of the deceased government servant within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
