Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging his transfer vide order dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure 7).
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that on consideration of the representation moved by the petitioner, the transfer order (Annexure 7) qua the petitioner has been deferred upto 01.04.2020.
