Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the order dated 16.12.2013 passed by this Court has been duly complied with. As per order dated 16.12.2013, case of the petitioner was to be reconsidered for the post of ‘Prabodhak’. Vide order (Annexure R-1) the case of the petitioner on reconsideration was dismissed.
In view of the order (Annexure R-1) dated 19.06.2014 passed by the respondents, no further interference is required.
Rule is discharged.
