A letter dated 24.07.2019 has been received from the Court of Rent Tribunal, Ajmer (Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate) for extension of time granted by this court vide order dated 30.05.2018 for disposal of the eviction application.
For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 24.07.2019, I deem it just and proper to extend the time granted by this court for disposal of the eviction application vide order dated 30.05.2018 for a further period of six months.
Office is directed to inform the concerned Rent Tribunal in this regard.
