The present Second Appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 31.05.2019 passed by Additional District Judge No.2, Jodhpur Metropolitan, Jodhpur in Civil Appeal Decree No.4/2016 whereby the appeal of the appellant filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2009 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (SD) No.2, Jodhpur Metropolitan, Jodhpur in Original Civil Suit No.84/2000 (Radheshyam V/s Brajesh Kumar) decreeing the suit for eviction filed by the respondent, was rejected.
