The present petition has been filed quashing the FIR No.39/2019 registered at Police Station Anupgarh, District – Sri Ganganagar on 20.09.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 135 of Electricity Act.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report which is taken on record. He further submits that the negative final report has been filed against the petitioner in the present case.
In view of the above statement made by learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition as the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
