Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to press this first appeal in view of the observations made by this court on 24.05.2018. However, he prays for liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance by assailing the judgment and decree dated 10.02.2015.
The prayer made is not opposed by the counsel for the respondent.
In view of above, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
