This is a Misc. Petition seeking quashing of the FIR No.130/2018 registered at the Police Station Ratanada, Distt. Jodhpur.
Learned counsel Shri Om Prakash Kumawat, representing the petitioner, fairly concedes that as charge sheet has already been filed by the police, the petitioner would be better advised to raise all his objections before the trial court at the appropriate stage.
With these submissions, he seeks withdrawal of the instant Misc. Petition, which is dismissed as such.
