This is a Misc. Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed by the complainant-petitioner Srashti Soni seeking a direction for fair investigation of FIR No.118/2018 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana (East) Jodhpur city.
Learned Public Prosecutor as submitted a factual report as per which, the police has already got issued a look out circular against the main accused Harshad Soni, who is residing in Canada and is also pressing for issuance of a warrant under Section 37 of the Police Act.
In this view of the matter, directing the investigating agency to expedite the matter, the Misc. Petition is disposed of.
