Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report as per which, after investigation of the impugned FIR No.82/2017, registered at Police Station Sindhari, District Barmer which is assailed by the petitioners in this misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the police has already filed a negative final report in the court concerned.
In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this misc. petition which is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. Stay application also stands dismissed.
