Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time feels advised to withdraw this Misc. Petition with a liberty to move an appropriate application before the trial Court for sending the subject cheques along with other documents to F.S.L. as ordered vide its order dated 27.10.2017.
It is expected that the report of the F.S.L. will be submitted before the learned trial Court at the earliest.
Accordingly, the present Criminal Misc. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The other misc. application, if any, also stand disposed of.
