This Misc. Petition has been filed by the complainantpetitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction for fair investigation of the impugned FIR No.61/2019 registered at the Police Station Sheruna (Sudsar), District Bikaner for the offences under Sections 323, 341 and 143 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report, as per which, the offences have not been found proved against Shyam Sunder whom the petitioner named in the FIR. The Investigating Officer has concluded that certain unknown persons came in unknown vehicle and beat the petitioner up.

In this background, while directing the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation at the earliest and file the result of the investigation in the court concerned with expediency, the instant Misc. Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition, if so required, after submission of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. by the Investigating Officer.
