This criminal misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner
with the following prayer:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Misc. Petition may kindly allowed and prevent the police to file challan in the court in which name of petitioner and his family member may not be shown in the list of witnesses and preventing of Investigation in FIR No.239/2018, Preventing Police to not to harass petitioner and his family member in this FIR No.239/2018. Preventing Police to not file challan in the court.
Any other order, which this Hon’ble Court deem just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the accused-petitioner.”

Learned Public Prosecutor at the outset submits that after investigation the investigating agency submitted the charge-sheet in this mater before the concerned trial court.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and fact that charge-sheet in the present matter has been filed by the investigating agency, the present criminal misc. petition has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
