Heard counsel for the parties.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case against the petitioner is pending before the trial court since 2015. Counsel further submits that despite granting number of opportunities to the prosecution witnesses they are not turning up for recording their statement before the trial court. Counsel further submits that the trial court be directed to expedite the trial.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the criminal misc. petition and submitted that the trial court vide order dated 16.09.2019 has summoned the prosecution witnesses by arrest warrants.

In the facts and circumstances of the present case, I deem it just and proper to direct the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
In that view of the matter, this criminal misc. petition is disposed of.
