Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in F.I.R. No. 0586/2018 registered at Police Station Chhabra, District Baran for offences under Sections 452, 341, 323, 143, 308 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Heard.
As per the prosecution story, petitioner and his co-accused had inflicted injury to the injured. Petitioner is specifically named in the FIR and had given kick blows to the injured.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner, no ground for grant of anticipatory bail to him is made out.
