Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 72/2017 registered at Police Station Shivdaspura, District Jaipur for offence under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2018. Challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take time. Petitioner has undergone kidney transplantation and requires proper treatment.
Learned State counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that the petitioner has cheated the complainant to the tune of Rs.1,20,00,000/-. Petitioner is being given the necessary

treatment as he has been admitted in Sawai Man Singh Hospital, Nephrology department.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he is getting the necessary treatment, no ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
