Learned counsel for applicant submits that due to political enmity more than 14 persons including the applicant have been named in the FIR. No overt act has been assigned to the applicant. Learned counsel further submits that regarding the same incident, cross cases have been registered between the parties. Co-accused Mukesh and Kailash Chand have been granted bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for applicant, note of the allegations levelled against the applicant as also looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
