Petitioner has filed this 3rd petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 67/2018 registered at Police Station Mandawar, District Dausa for offence under Section 498-A, 304-B Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case. PW-8 and PW9 have not supported the prosecution case, during trial. Even the investigating officer has not supported the prosecution case with regard to demand of dowry.
Learned state counsel has opposed the petition.
Petitioner is the husband of the deceased. As per the prosecution story, deceased was being harassed by the

petitioner on account of demand of dowry. PW-4 to PW-6 have duly supported the prosecution case, during trial.
Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this court vide order dated 17.10.2019. There is no change in circumstances warranting interference by this court.
