Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.306/2018 registered at Police Station Ramganj Mandi, District Kota for offence under Section 379/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely involved in this case.
Learned state counsel has opposed the petition and has submitted that present case relates to theft of a motor-cycle. However, petitioner is involved in thirty four other criminal cases relating to theft, dacoity, murder etc.
Keeping in view the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, no
ground for grant of bail to him is made out.
Dismissed.
