The matter was listed for hearing on last two dates and the learned counsel for the appellant- Mr. Mohd. Sabir Ghori and Mr. M.I. Ansari or anyone on their behalf has not turned up. Learned counsel for the respondents states that there is stay order passed by this Court against the execution of award. On the last date of hearing i.e. on 17.05.2019, though, inadvertently, appearance of learned counsel for the appellant was wrongly marked, and it was specifically ordered that both the counsel will argue the case and the case will not be adjourned any more. Today, also, none appears for the appellant.
Hence, the appeal is dismissed in default.
